We are Delighted to Officially Announce a New Partnership Between LEMP and Goalite

This partnership has been built around a challenge that both organisations strongly believe needs addressing:

The gap between learning the skills and being given the opportunity to apply them.

Across the technology industry, aspiring professionals invest significant time developing technical skills, completing training, and building their knowledge.

But when they begin looking for opportunities, they are often met with the same requirement:

“You need experience.”

And that creates a difficult question.

How do you gain experience if nobody gives you the opportunity to get it?

This is one of the reasons LEMP exists.

Our approach has always been that training should not end with a certificate. Learners need opportunities to apply what they have learned, work with real teams, contribute to real projects, solve real problems and understand what professional technology delivery actually looks like.

Through this partnership, emerging technology professionals within LEMP will have the opportunity to gain structured, supervised industry experience while contributing to the Quality

They will move beyond classroom exercises and have the opportunity to work with requirements, develop test scenarios and test cases, execute testing, identify and communicate defects, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to professional QA documentation and reporting.

In other words, they get the opportunity to experience what working within a real delivery environment actually involves.

This partnership also brings together two founders whose careers have been shaped by technology, innovation and developing solutions to real-world problems.

Michael Gillett, Founder and CEO of Goalite, brings over a decade of experience across software, product and AI, including experience at Microsoft, and is now building Goalite, the platform where the world's trusted methods run inside AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.

Amber Makinwa, Founder of LEMP, brings nearly a decade of experience in Quality Engineering and technology delivery, alongside extensive experience mentoring and developing aspiring technology professionals and helping people build pathways into technology careers.

Between both organisations is a shared belief:

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.

And sometimes the missing piece between someone learning a skill and becoming employable isn't another course.

The partnership begins with a human-led Quality Assurance initiative, with the LEMP Quality Team supporting the quality of the Goalite platform while giving emerging Quality Engineers the opportunity to apply their skills within a genuine product environment.

For Goalite, the partnership provides independent human-led Quality Assurance, structured testing, and additional perspectives as the product continues to evolve.

For LEMP learners, it provides something equally valuable:
