We are excited to announce that LEMP has been selected to join the Barclays Black Founder Accelerator 2026, delivered by Foundervine in partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs.
Representing LEMP in the programme is our Founder & CEO, Amber Idumwonyi, who joins a cohort of ambitious founders building innovative businesses across multiple industries.
Out of more than 400 applications, only 25 startups were selected for the programme and LEMP is one of those startups.
Over the next 12 weeks, participants will gain access to expert mentorship, strategic guidance, industry networks, investor connections, and growth-focused support designed to help businesses scale sustainably.
Founded with a mission to bridge the gap between talent development and industry needs, LEMP combines intensive bootcamps with practical internship projects to help aspiring professionals build workforce-ready skills. To date, the organisation has supported over 150 individuals in securing employment while also helping startups build and scale digital products.
This milestone reflects the hard work of our team, the commitment of our learners, and the continued support of our partners and community.
We look forward to sharing our journey and key milestones throughout the accelerator programme as we continue building pathways into meaningful careers and supporting innovation through talent development and digital product delivery.
