We are delighted to announce an important milestone in LEMP's journey.
LEMP has been approved as an employer on the University of Oxford's CareerConnect platform and will be participating in the University of Oxford Micro-Internship Programme.
This achievement reflects our continued commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry by creating opportunities for students to gain meaningful, practical experience while developing the skills needed to thrive in today's technology landscape.
What is Oxford University's CareerConnect?
CareerConnect is the University of Oxford's dedicated careers platform that connects students and graduates with employers, internships, events, and career development opportunities.
By becoming an approved employer on the platform, LEMP can engage directly with Oxford students and offer opportunities that support their professional growth through real industry experience.
About the Oxford University Micro-Internship Programme
The Oxford University Micro-Internship Programme provides students with short-term, project-based work experience during university vacations.
The programme is designed to give students valuable exposure to professional environments, enabling them to apply their academic knowledge while developing practical workplace skills.
As a participating host organisation, LEMP will provide Oxford students with meaningful technology projects that encourage learning, collaboration, and professional development.
How Oxford Students Will Benefit
Through this collaboration, students will have the opportunity to work on industry-led technology projects across a range of disciplines, including:
Software Testing & Quality Engineering
Test Automation
Artificial Intelligence

Software Development
Beyond technical experience, students will gain valuable exposure to professional project delivery, problem-solving, teamwork, and industry best practices; skills that are increasingly important in today's competitive job market.
What LEMP Will Provide
At LEMP, we believe employability is developed through experience as much as education.
Students participating in the programme will benefit from:
Practical, industry-led technology projects

Looking Ahead
We are incredibly grateful to the University of Oxford Careers Service for the opportunity to participate in this programme.
This partnership represents another important step towards LEMP's vision of building stronger connections between universities and industry while creating opportunities that prepare the next generation of technology professionals for the future of work.
