Full Description:

We’re looking for an App Developer who can design, build, and maintain scalable application features that support LEMP’s platform growth and learner experience. You’ll work across product, delivery, and engineering teams to turn structured requirements into reliable, well-tested features that help learners progress and organisations scale their capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain web application features that support platform growth
  • Translate product and programme requirements into clear technical tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, content, and operations)
  • Implement scalable, maintainable, and testable solutions
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical standards
  • Help improve performance, reliability, and security of core platform components

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in web or application development
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and API-driven systems
  • Experience with modern development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, outcomes-focused environment
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders
Cyber Security Mentor / Tutor

Deliver practical cybersecurity training and mentorship.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced cyber security professional who can both teach structured, practical cyber security content and mentor learners into real career paths. You’ll guide students through our Cyber Security Bootcamp, help them build strong foundations, and support them as they transition into industry roles across technology, finance, and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live and/or recorded cyber security sessions following LEMP’s structured curriculum
  • Break down complex concepts (network security, vulnerabilities, threat modelling, incident response, etc.) into clear, practical lessons
  • Review student work, labs, and projects and give actionable feedback
  • Host Q&A and mentoring sessions to support learners with career questions and blockers
  • Help learners build job-ready portfolios (projects, labs, case studies)
  • Share real-world examples from enterprise environments (tools, processes, ways of working)
  • Collaborate with the programme team to refine content based on learner progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security (e.g. SOC, security engineering, penetration testing, GRC, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of core security concepts (networks, operating systems, vulnerabilities, cloud, identity, monitoring)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to teach beginners with no prior background
  • Comfortable mentoring people from non-traditional or career-transition backgrounds
  • Experience with common security tools and platforms (e.g. SIEM, vulnerability scanners, EDR, cloud security tools)
  • Bonus: Industry certifications (e.g. Security+, CySA+, CEH, OSCP, CISSP)
