Automation Testing Capstone Project
During the final stage of the programme, learners design and build a complete automation testing framework using industry tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
Students will work on a real web application and develop automated test scripts, manage their project using GitHub, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
Key outcomes:
Build a complete Selenium automation framework
Write automated tests using Cucumber BDD
Manage the project using Git and GitHub
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Present the automation project and publish it to their GitHub portfolio
Students use this project as part of their professional portfolio and include their GitHub repository on their CV when applying for automation testing roles.
