Amber is an award-winning leader, mentor, and career strategist dedicated to empowering individuals to break career barriers and achieve professional success.
Despite earning a First-Class degree in Computer Science, she faced years of job rejections due to lack of experience. Determined to succeed, she worked for free for eight months before securing her first role in software testing. Over time, she navigated the industry, gaining expertise in career development, workforce training, and business consulting.
Her experience fueled her mission to help others overcome similar challenges, leading to the creation of LEMP—a platform that has successfully guided 150+ individuals into careers in tech, business, and finance through mentorship, training, and job placement support.
Amber's academic background is equally impressive. She holds a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science, a Master’s degree in Business Systems Analysis & Design, and a certificate in Information Technology. This diverse educational foundation enables her to communicate complex ideas effectively, balancing creative vision with business strategy.
Amber's commitment to excellence has been recognized through numerous awards, including the Young Woman Achiever of the Year at the EPRA Awards in 2018 and the Role Model of the Year at IBM in 2022. Most recently, she was honored with the Allyship Award as IBM UK’s Diversity & Inclusion Role Model of the Year in 2023.
Through the LEMP platform, Amber has mentored and guided over 150 students, many of whom have successfully transitioned into tech roles and achieved significant personal growth. Her dedication to problem-solving and passion for empowering others also led her to become a STEM Ambassador, where she inspires and motivates individuals, especially women, to pursue careers in STEM fields.

Bobby is a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven Financial Analyst and Advisor. With extensive experience in the Financial Services, IT, and Filmmaking industries, Bobby excels as a Director at LEMP, where he consistently motivates and inspires others, even in challenging work environments.
Bobby is a skilled administrator with exceptional time management abilities and a strong communicator with proven interpersonal skills. His expertise in negotiation has enabled him to secure favorable agreements and achieve great deals, benefiting all parties involved.
He is dedicated, well-trained, and disciplined in his approach to financial analysis. He applies general management principles to the financial resources of enterprises, with the goal of maximizing value for stakeholders
Director
Academically, Bobby is a distinguished Financial Analyst, holding a Distinction in MSc. Global Finance, a BSc in Banking & Finance, and a Certificate in Bloomberg Market Concepts. His academic achievements, combined with hands-on experience across various industries, have allowed him to carve out a niche where his business acumen and negotiation skills are unparalleled..
